DTCC takes undisclosed stake in iCapital and plans AIP integration

DTCC has taken an undisclosed stake in iCapital and the firms plan an AIP integration connecting transaction processing, data exchange, access, administration and reporting for private-market products sold through the wealth channel. iCapital is a platform many wealth managers use to reach private interval and tender-offer funds.

Neither firm disclosed the size of the stake or a valuation.

Separately, iCapital Marketplace added Tikehau Capital's Luxembourg-domiciled euro private credit strategy this week, a fund that invests mainly in first-lien senior secured European corporate debt. The firms did not disclose the fund's name or size.
