Deloitte: Only 4% of Fund Groups Update Unobservable Inputs Daily

Cox Capital is bidding $10 million for Blue Owl Credit Income Class I shares at $7.31 per share, 20% below the reported August 31 NAV of $9.14. The tender expires November 25 unless extended or terminated earlier.

VineBrook Homes Trust expects to buy 909,090 Class A shares at $33, a 37% discount to NAV, after 2.75 million shares were tendered. The expected buyback totals about $30 million and would fill roughly one of every three shares tendered.
